Hi There 👋
I’m thrilled to have you here at Striving at Work. This space is dedicated to exploring work performance, career decision-making, and fostering a healthy relationship with work, especially for those of us who are a bit more sensitive.
My journey has taken me through various fields of study, including psychology, cognitive science, and public health data science, as well as diverse work environments such as academia, public service, and business. Now, as a product manager at a large tech company and a coach-in-training, I constantly think about how each of us relates to work and performance differently.
I draw on my research background and coaching reflections to explore how our personal attitudes and characteristics affect our professional interactions, career choices, and relationship with money. More importantly, I focus on how we can use these insights to achieve our goals.
In today’s rapidly changing work environment, driven by advancements like Generative AI, I share evolving insights on navigating the modern workplace.
Let’s explore and adapt to this new era of work together.
